Please Join Us for a Breakfast Briefing with the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce Legal Issues Associated with Vaccines, Masks and Employment: The COVID Saga That Will Not End
On September 9, President Biden directed OSHA to develop regulations requiring all employers with 100 or more employees to either require all employees be vaccinated or submit a weekly negative test. While masks seemed to be a thing of the past, updated guidance “recommends” them again. Oshkosh Chamber regular presenters, Jim Macy and Jon Eiden will focus on the current state of vaccine mandates with special attention to any published OSHA regulations. The program will also cover legal issues associated with masks, and administering a vaccine mandate in the workplace, including how to collect and store vaccine information and how to analyze accommodation requests under Title VII and the Americans with Disabilities Act. The legal issues associated with vaccines and mask requirements in the workplace are evolving at a rapid pace and this program will discuss the most recent developments.
When: Thursday, October 14, 2021 7:30-9:00 am Where: FVTC Riverside Campus - 150 N. Campbell Road, Oshkosh Register: Click here to register on the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce website.
