President's Message |
| As are we wrap-up the fiscal year I’ve been reflecting on a few of the chapter’s accomplishments. This year we began tracking some meeting attendance and survey score trends over the past three years and are seeing some positive results. Overall, we saw a nice increase in our chapter meeting attendance this year including attendance of members, strategic partners and guests. The most significant data point for me in terms of meeting attendance is the number of guest attendees (attendees that are not members nor strategic partners). This year we averaged 37 guest attendees at each chapter meeting; nearly double the average from the past two years. Hopefully this increase in guests will result in better awareness of FEI in Northeastern Wisconsin and will strengthen our membership in the future. | Thanks to the efforts of the members and strategic partners, through May 18, 2019 we have a net increase of 9 members for our fiscal year that ends on June 30, 2019. So far this year they have recruited 30 new members plus we had 1 reinstatement and 1 transfer in. This was partially offset by 23 terminations and I transfer out. We are currently working with a number of prospective members and our goal is to end our current fiscal year with 255 members. We are currently the 11th largest out of 67 chapters in the country.
