Whether your organization functioned like it never missed a beat or is just finding a new normal in these unprecedented times, effective leadership is more crucial than ever. This session will provide learning, engagement, and professional development on specific personal, social, and structural areas that LEADers need to be doing to support their organization and define “normal.”
Join us for a complimentary introductory session to experience our LEAD HR Council. Participate and learn with other professionals in a lively virtual discussion, focusing on how organizations are connecting, retaining, and recognizing staff with the aid of technology.
The LEAD (learn, engage, and develop) HR Council is a group of business and HR professionals who meet nine times between September and May to develop skills, address human resources issues, and enable more capable, influential leaders.
For a limited time, we’re offering complimentary access to one of our virtual but highly interactive sessions, led by CLA’s Thomas Schultz, so you can try it before making the investment in yourself.
